What to Expect During Your Consultation At Fabio's Construction, every consultation is completely free and comes with no obligation. One of our experienced team members will visit your home at the scheduled time to discuss your project, answer any questions, and understand your goals. During the visit, we will: Walk through the project with you from start to finish. Take measurements as needed. Capture photos and videos of the project area. These are used solely as a reference when preparing your estimate to ensure nothing is overlooked. Discuss design ideas, materials, budget, and any concerns you may have. Explain the construction process and answer any questions about the project. After the consultation, we'll carefully review all of the information gathered and prepare a detailed, accurate estimate tailored specifically to your project. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from the very beginning.
